APPLYING THE COMPETENCY APPROACH TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE

Early childhood education and care is a policy that aims to improve access ensure the well-being of children by creating an environment for learning, nurturing, socialization, support cooperation. In this process, formation key competences in children, not only academic, but also personal social, has essential role, order prepare them life modern society, which they can realize themselves successfully. The article examines basic competencies those working with context quality assurance early care. Interrelationships are made between application competence approach improvement quality. A focused study parents presented regarding their satisfaction provided educational, health social services, importance development provide through cooperation specialists high services. findings show good degree satisfaction, insufficient participation families general education, upbringing socialization children. Parents attach more qualities acquire develop kindergarten, compared academic knowledge.
